Elizabeth Fowler Room:
Located on the second floor, this room was the former family matriarch's suite.
Be sure to see all of the built-in closets and drawers, and see if you can find
the secret compartment for hiding your valuables! The large bathroom has both
a soaking tub and a stall shower.

Most Saturday night
stays require a two-night minimum. Friday, Saturday
and Sunday are considered
weekend nights.

Rates
are per room, per night, two persons maximum,
and are subject to change without notice.

There is
a surcharge of $25 plus tax, per room for
one-night weekend reservations when they
are available.

MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
accepted.

A
deposit of one night's stay will be charged
to your credit card to hold reservations. The
deposit, minus a $25 service charge,
will be refunded if the reservation is
cancelled in writing at least one week
prior to the start of your scheduled
stay; two weeks for holiday weekends.

"No-shows" and
cancellations with less than a weeks
notice (two weeks for holiday weekends)
are charged for the entire reserved stay.

Smoking
is not permitted in the house.

our guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere
of The Lexington House, we do not
allow children under 13 or pets.

We have three Queen
Rooms and three Deluxe Rooms, each with its own
bath.
The Connard and Scarborough Rooms
can each accommodate up to 4 people. There is
an extra charge of $50 per night per person for
more than two guests in a room.
