Most Saturday night stays require a two-night minimum. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights.

• Rates are per room, per night, two persons maximum, and are subject to change without notice.
• 9% sales and occupancy taxes not included.
• Required 2-night minimum with Saturday stay. Exceptions may be available.
• There is a surcharge of $25 plus tax, per room for one-night weekend reservations when they
  are available.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card to hold reservations. The deposit, minus a $25 service charge, will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled in writing at least one week prior to the start of your scheduled stay; two weeks for holiday weekends.
• "No-shows" and cancellations with less than a weeks notice (two weeks for holiday weekends) are charged for the entire reserved stay.
• Smoking is not permitted in the house.
• So our guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of  The Lexington House, we do not allow children under 13 or pets.
• Check-in time 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.

We have three Queen Rooms and three Deluxe Rooms, each with its own bath.
The Connard and Scarborough Rooms can each accommodate up to 4 people. There is an extra charge of $50 per night per person for more than two guests in a room.
