Most Saturday night stays require a two-night
minimum. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights.

Rates are per room, per night, two persons maximum,
and are subject to change without notice.

9% sales and occupancy taxes not included.

Required 2-night minimum with Saturday stay; 3-night
minimum for holiday periods. Exceptions may be available.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
accepted.

A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to
your credit card to hold reservations. The deposit, minus
a $25 service charge, will be refunded if the reservation is
cancelled in writing at least one week prior to the start of
your scheduled stay.

"No-shows" and cancellations
with less than a weeks notice are charged for the entire
reserved stay.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.

So our guests can enjoy the relaxed
atmosphere of The Lexington House, we do not allow children
under 13 or pets.

a.m.
We have three Queen Rooms and three Deluxe Rooms,
each with its own bath. The Connard and Scarborough Rooms
can each accommodate up to 4 people with an extra charge of $50 per
night per person for more than two guests in a room. |
